The Pressing Need

1. Across organizational contexts, there is increasing recognition of the importance of Native and Indigenous perspectives, land-based learning, decolonizing methodologies and practices, Indigenizing contextual work, and engaging with Native & Indigenous Peoples in right relations.

2. However, many face challenges including lack of knowing how to engage with Indigenous Peoples and their communities, lack of relational practice,  lack of action out of fear of harming others or embarrassment and optics, a need for deeper cultural competency, concern over a sense of performativity, and limited structural integration.

3. All of which actively perpetuates Native erasure and benefiting off the extractive systems that continue to harm Native Land and Native and Indigenous Peoples.

It also shapes vast lost opportunities for mutual respect, collaboration with original Peoples of the Land, and generational knowledge and perspectives—we who are highly resilient and innately future thinking innovators and creatives who embody
deep ancestral knowing.
4. Our work addresses these gaps by supporting your internal capacity building, relational accountability, community connection,  individual, collective, and institutional transformation.

We provide you tools, training, and resources needed to move into right relations.
Our purpose is to bridge you in doing  your part to foster grounded and effective
connection across communities in right relations.

You have an opportunity to do better. You have a resource in us. We will guide you in becoming better community partners on Native Land—with tribes, and Native and Indigenous Peoples.
