Who Should Apply

This cohort is designed for those who recognize that the professional landscape is evolving—and who are prepared to lead with responsibility & reciprocity.

Programs offered in cohort format bring together a small group of participants who move through the experience together over time. This structure allows for deeper engagement, continuity between sessions, and the development of shared understanding and accountability.

Each cohort is developed with intention and care, with limited participation to maintain the depth of the un/learning process.
